Ms. Vivian Jones arrived at Julia Manor with a decline in mobility and functional tasks due to a recent surgery. Vivian worked exceptionally hard during her stay to improve her functional abilities and was determined to safely transition home with daughter for a few weeks before returning to her home.
Vivian began her therapies with decreased activity tolerance, strength, and decreased ability to safely complete higher level functional tasks. Vivian had made significant progress with her overall strength and mobility using compensatory strategies and equipment taught and suggested by her therapists. She met her goals and was able to return home safely again.
