“Congratulations, Ms. Jackson!”

We would like to celebrate the success of Ms. Darlene Jackson. She admitted to Julia Manor Nursing and Rehab after a brief hospital stay due to a fracture of her Right arm.

Upon arrival to our facility, Ms. Jackson and our rehab team put together a personalized therapy program in order to work to achieve her goal of returning home alone.

Initially Ms. Jackson needed extensive help with her self-care tasks and mobility due to inability to use her Right arm. She refused to let this slow her down as she wanted to get back home for the Holidays with her family.

After 2 ½ weeks of determination and hard work Ms. Jackson was able to achieve her goal of returning back home independently and just before the Holidays to see all of her family and friends!
